In my last Chair’s Chatter, I forgot to say that Sue Halsey had stepped down as Welfare Officer, but that Linda Wellbrook had volunteered to take on the role, so many thanks to Sue for being WO for several years & to Linda for taking it on. Please therefore direct any welfare questions or notifications to Linda, not Sue.

Footpath Secretary: My last NB on this subject did the trick (or something did)! We had 4 people express an interest & Ian has been talking them through the role & has suggested that they each take on one of his parishes. Hopefully that means that we’re now covered going forward.

I think all that remains is to wish everyone a very  Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year & of course, safe walking
