The ESW Committee Reports and Accounts for 2023-24 are now on the ESW website for you to view together with the Agenda for the AGM; see under Members/AGM 2024. You will hear from current committee members at the AGM but you may want to print, or bring a copy of the Agenda and Reports on your device to the meeting, as paper copies will not be available on the day.

The Minutes of last year’s AGM, which need to be approved, are on the ESW website under Members/AGM 2023. 

As previously notified, the AGM will begin this year with a short presentation from Paco Gonzalez from Ramble Worldwide Holidays.

There is an option to join a leisurely 3 mile walk before the AGM. It will be leaving from outside St.Andrew’s church at 12 noon.  Please bring a packed lunch to be eaten after the walk, if you wish.

Tea and cake will be available after the AGM, kindly organized by Sue Halsey.
