Come and join us for an open air Summer Buffet
Sunday August 21st 1pm
Location:- Christine and Ian Scott's garden. "The Barn", Ardenrun, Tandridge Lane, Lingfield. RH7 6LN. Please park in the field. It will be sign-posted. Directions attached HERE . Last year at the AGM it was agreed that the social secretary role will be split with a different person looking after each event. Helen and Amanda Whiteley will be managing the Summer Buffet this year. Ian and Christine Scott have kindly offered the use of their wonderful garden which is very kind of them but as they have retired from the role we want them to do as little as possible on the day.
With this in mind we would like each person to bring their own:
- Knife, fork and spoon
- Drink and glass
- Chair
Water and tea and coffee will be provided.
Helen and Amanda would be most grateful if you could let them know if you could bring a salad or pudding on the day. As we did last year, ESW will provide cold meats and quiches. The cost will be payable on the door £5 each, however if you bring a salad or pudding per person then the cost will be free.
